IMCA Modifieds chase $2,000 check at Aug. 4 Shawano Speedway show
SHAWANO, Wis. – IMCA Modifieds join World of Outlaw Late Models in a midweek special at Shawano Speedway next Wednesday, Aug. 4.
The Modified winner goes home with a well deserved $2,000 for their 20-lap efforts and a berth on the ballot for the 2011 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational.
National, ButlerBuilt North Central Region and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded. The feature pays a minimum of $80 to start and non-qualifiers get $75.
There is no entry fee and pit passes are $40.
Grandstand admission is $25 for adults and free for kids 11 and under. Tickets can be reserved by calling the track at 715 526-7069.
Pit gates open at 1 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 3 p.m. Hot laps are at 6 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m.
