Three fair dates at Liberal for IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars

LIBERAL, Kan. – Three race programs featuring IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars will provide blue ribbon entertainment for fans attending the Seward County Fair Sunday through Tuesday, Aug. 1-3.

Each Modified main event at the Fairgrounds Speedway in Liberal will pay $400 to win. Each Stock Car main pays $300 to win. National, regional and Allstar Performance State points will be awarded in both divisions.

Pit gates open at 4 p.m., the grandstand opens at 6 p.m., hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing follows each night. The crowning of the fair queen follows hot laps on opening night.

Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, $5 for kids 6-12 and free for youngsters five and under. Pit passes are $25.
