Integra continues unique awards program for Deery Series, IMCA Late Model drivers

COOPERSVILLE, Mich. – Drivers racing for national IMCA Late Model and Deery Brothers Summer Series points contend for unique awards given by Integra Racing Shocks.

Drivers with the top two combined national and series point totals each receive $350 product certificates from the Coopersville, Mich., manufacturer and eight-year IMCA sponsor. Third and fourth place finishers in combined points each get $250 while fifth and sixth place drivers in combined points each receive $150 certificates.

“With Deery events counting toward national points this season, it adds an intriguing wrinkle to the awards given by Integra to our Late Model drivers,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder commented. “I think it will be an even tighter race this season than we’ve seen for both championships and Integra will be there at the end to reward those drivers.”

Nearly $10,000 worth of Integra certificates will be presented during the national awards banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week from the IMCA home office.

Certificates good for $350, $250 and $150 go to top three eligible drivers in each of the five regions for IMCA Modifieds, both IMCA Sunoco Stock Car regions and both IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock regions, and to top three drivers in national Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMod standings.

Drivers in those five divisions must compete with four Integra shocks and springs, display two Integra decals on their race car and return a sign-up form to the IMCA home office by Aug. 1.

“We look forward to working with IMCA every year by rewarding the drivers who have had a successful season,” Integra Marketing Coordinator Anna Daugherty said. “This is a great opportunity to showcase our products and expand the reach of our brand.”
