Casey’s offering delivery, carryout options to serve guests, communities

ANKENY, Iowa – In unprecedented times, Casey’s General Store continues to do their part to keep friends and family safe while looking forward to returning to the race track soon.

The Official Convenience Store of IMCA and presenting sponsor of the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals, Casey’s is taking a number of steps to serve its guests and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Casey’s recently announced its partnership with Door Dash, which provides an additional delivery option for their famous pizza, grocery and household items to suburban and rural communities.

By the end of April, dozens of grocery and household items will be added as Casey’s finds new ways to serve the many people sheltering in place.

Casey’s already delivers from about 800 stores and this adds delivery service to nearly 350 stores where it wasn’t previously available. Delivery hours will match each Casey’s store kitchen hours from morning to night, seven days a week.

Guests can see if their hometown location is offering Casey’s delivery through DoorDash by visiting DoorDash.com or downloading the app on iOS or Android. For the latest delivery deals and pizza information, visit caseys.com or download the Casey’s app.

Taking steps to reduce contact to keep families and its team members safer, Casey’s now offers no contact deliveries.

For guests who prefer a no-contact delivery experience, it’s easy to request online, in the app, or when they call.

If ordering online or in the app, choose Pay Online and enter “No Contact” in the delivery instructions at checkout. To order by phone, just let the Casey’s team member know you’d like no-contact delivery and pay over the phone. Driver tips can be added when placing the order.

When the driver arrives with your delivery they will place the order in a clean location right at your doorstep and knock. Your driver will move to a safe distance while you retrieve your order. If you’d rather pick up your pizza, Casey’s also has options for no-contact carryout that will get you in and out quickly. When you order online or with the Casey’s app, choose Pay Online at checkout to use a credit card, debit card, gift card or your Casey’s Cash balance. You can also pay over the phone if you’re calling the store to order. Once you arrive at the store you can grab your order and head right out the door with no need for unnecessary interactions or handling of cash at the register. Most Casey’s have shifted their hours to be open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. and many are reserving 8-9 a.m. for shoppers who are at higher risk for illness, including guests over 60, pregnant women or those with underlying health conditions. You can find the most up-to-date store hours on our website or in the Casey’s app.
