JE Pistons starts second decade of support for built engine drivers in four IMCA divisions

CYPRESS, Calif. – JE Pistons begins a second decade of IMCA sponsorship, continuing generous support of drivers in four divisions who compete with built engines. 

The Industry Leader In Forged Pistons, JE again gives product awards and product certificates valued at more than $10,000 to eligible IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Late Model, IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car and IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers. 

“JE Pistons was born from a passion for racing and is still rooted in grassroots performance today,” commented Jim Irwin, JE Pistons General Manager. “We’re proud to have been connecting with IMCA drivers and engine builders for over 10 years and it’s even led to the development of a new line of forged pistons designed specifically for the high demands of IMCA Stock Car, Hobby Stock and SportMod racing. Top eligible drivers in each of the five regions for Modifieds and both regions for Stock Cars, and in national Late Model and RaceSaver Sprint Car standings receive pistons from the Cypress, Calif., manufacturer.

Eligible second through fifth place driv­ers in regional Modified and Stock Car, and national Late Model and Sprint Car points earn certificates valued at $400, $300, $200 and $150, respectively. 

JE awards will be presented during the IMCA national banquet this fall or mailed beginning the fol­lowing week from the IMCA home office.
