Broadcast dates announced for Super Nationals encore on Speed Sport 1

BOONE, Iowa (Nov. 20, 2024) – Didn’t get enough of the action at Boone Speedway and the 42nd annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s ? You can enjoy encore presentations of highlights from America’s Racin’ Vacation four nights this week, beginning tonight (Wednesday) on the SPEED SPORT 1 channel. Three-hour produced shows broadcast at 9 p.m. EST and feature highlights from IMCA.TV from Day 4 at Boone this evening, Day 5 on Thursday and Day 6 on Friday. Saturday engine auction adds $33,000 to purse shares at IMCA Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 10, 2024) – The auction of champions’ engines added another $33,000 to the Saturday night purse paid at the 42nd annual IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. Kelly Shryock’s Stock Car winning engine sold for $10,500, adding another $362.07 to purse shares for the other 29 drivers in that division. Logan Anderson’s Northern SportMod title-winning engine gaveled at $8,000, so the other 29 drivers in that main event receive another $275.86. The Hobby Stock engine that took Nathan Ballard to victory lane sold for $7,500, adding $258.62 to purse shares for each of his 29 main event competitors. And the Modified engine that put Dylan Thornton on top of the NAPA Fan Zone podium and in the Super Nationals record book sold for $7,000, adding another $218.75 to purse shares for the other 32 drivers in that Big Dance. Shryock, Thornton, Anderson, Ballard are super on Saturday at Super Nationals

BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 7, 2024) – All the would have’s and could have’s of Kelly Shryock’s IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s were forgotten, while Dylan Thornton raced his way into the record book at America’s Racin’ Vacation again on Saturday night. Shryock, 59, won an epic battle with Dallon Murty for the Stock Car checkers, earning his first Super Nationals title in his 23rd career main event start. Thornton, 23, became the first driver to win championships in three different divisions, holding off Tanner Black in the nightcap, the 40-lap Modified feature. Nathan Ballard earned a career second Hobby Stock title while Logan Anderson posted a convincing win in earning his first Northern SportMod crown. A record 1,036 cars competed at the Sept. 2-7 Super Nationals, coming to Boone from 30 states, two Canadian provinces and Australia. Confidence boosting qualifying wins go to Hollatz, Murty

BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 6, 2024) – Chanse Hollatz and Dallon Murty will have big boosts of confidence on their side when the green flag flies for their Saturday IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s Championship event. Hollatz impressed in a flag-to-flag run at the front of the field in Friday’s first Stock Car feature, holding off a bid by Matt Looft and then winning ahead of Looft, Tyler Pickett and 18th starting Casey Woken. Already a two-time Super Nationals champion, Murty high-tailed it all the way from 12th starting, taking the lead from Justin Addison on the 25th and final lap to top the nightcap. Morris, Thornton score final Modified qualifying feature wins

BOONE, Iowa (Sept. 6, 2024) – Troy Morris III and Dylan Thornton had IMCA Modified fans all the way from California on their feet Friday night. Morris, from Bakersfield, led a top four of Tanner Black, 23rd starting Brett Berry and Joel Rust to the outside row of Saturday’s IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s Big Dance at Boone Speedway, in a slug fest of a first qualifying feature. And California native-turned-Iowan Thornton, already winner of Monday’s Late Model main event, stole the front spot late from long-time leader Dylan Sherfick in heavy traffic in the nightcap. Record pre-entries for 42nd annual Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s

BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 30, 2024) – They say records are made to be broken. That’s become the theme for the Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. Just two days after the number of pre-entries for the 42nd annual event eclipsed the 1,000 mark for the third consecutive year, a new Super Nationals pre-entry record was set when Danube, Minnesota’s Shaun Bruns became the 1,054th entry for America’s Racin’ Vacation. Bruns was the 279th IMCA Sunoco Stock Car to register, also a pre-entry record. New early registration marks were also established with 84 STARS IMCA Mod Lites and 27 IMCA Sunoco Late Models. There are 241 Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds entered, along with 182 Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods, 164 IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and 77 Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compacts. IMCA Super Nationals entries top 1,000 for third straight year

BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 28, 2024) – Early entries for the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s have raced past the 1,000 mark for a third consecutive year. Late Model driver Sean Johnson of Independence, the Super Nationals Stock Car champion in 2011, became the 1,000th driver to pre-register for the Sept. 2-7 Super Nationals at Boone Speedway on Wednesday morning. The Stock Cars (275), STARS Mod Lites (77) and Late Models (24) have all topped individual division records. Entries for the are now in hand from 29 states, two Canadian provinces and Australia. Engine auction concludes Championship Saturday

BOONE, Iowa (Aug. 28, 2024) – The engines that power four drivers to championships on the final night of the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s go home with the high bidders, following the Saturday auction at the NAPA Fan Zone. Payment must be in cash or pre-approved check and proceeds from the Sept. 7 auction at Boone Speedway will be divided equally among the other competitors in each of those main events – 32 Modified drivers and 29 Stock Car, Northern SportMod and Hobby Stock drivers – with those checks mailed the following week from the IMCA home office.
