IMCA special event drivers, state champs earn AERO awards for 27th straight season

ESTHERVILLE, Iowa (March 9, 2023) – The race wheel manufacturer with the motto Surpassing The Standard rewards IMCA Modified drivers doing just that for a 27th consecutive season. AERO Race Wheels of Estherville, Iowa, gives $40 product certificates, good toward the purchase of two wheels, to designated place fin­ish­ers at 80 special events for Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lites, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA Southern SportMods.  State champions in those divisions and the Mach-1 IMCA Sport Compact class all receive $25 cer­tificates.  “It is a no-brainer every year to reserve marketing budget dollars for IMCA and its racers,” said Kelli Peton, AERO director of sales and marketing. “We are proud to continue our long term relationship with IMCA racing it its reach in the industry is second to none.”  Special event certificates will be mailed throughout the 2023 IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing season. Three IMCA divisions to Stampede at Southern Oklahoma March 16-18     

ARDMORE, Okla. (March 7, 2023) – Three IMCA divisions get back on the track at Southern Oklahoma Speedway’s March 16-18 Southern Stampede special. Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds run for $2,000 to win and $200 to start on opening night, $1,000 to win and $100 to start on night two and $3,000 to win and $300 to start in their finale.  IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Smiley’s Racing Products IMCA South­ern SportMods vie for $1,000 to win and $100 to start Thursday, $750 to win and $75 to start Fri­day and $1,250 to win and $125 to start the Saturday show.  Modified feature winners become eligible to qualify for the Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational, Stock Car feature winners for the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational.
