Speedway Motors marks 45th, 30th years of IMCA, Super Nationals sponsor support

LINCOLN, Neb. (Feb. 28, 2024) IMCA is excited to announce Speedway Motors has once again signed on as a sponsor for the 2024 season. Sisson is Sunday IMCA Mod Lite star at Winterfest

LEWISBURG, Tenn. (Feb. 18, 2024) – Other than the fact he didn’t win, Cody Sisson was fuzzy on the details of his finish the only other time he raced at Duck River Raceway Park, eight years ago. Odds are that he’ll remember everything about his Sunday showing there. Sisson dominated the second half of the 30-lapper for Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lites in collecting the $3,000 Winterfest checkers. “It’s a career-best payday for us,” said Sisson, a nine-year veteran of the class and from Talbott, a 3-1/2 hour hoof to the east, “and we’ve worked hard for it.” On board the RB Motorsports car out of Steubenville, Ohio, for the fourth season, Sisson started the Tennessee Mod Lite Racing Association main event from fourth, took over third early on and then moved to second following a lap six restart. Sweet repeat for Raffurty at Sugar Bowl Winter Nationals

CLEWISTON, Fla. (Feb. 10, 2024) – His week of racing at Hendry County Motorsports Park was very different than last February, but the end results were just as sweet for Dillon Raffurty. Raffurty repeated his Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lite main event winning ways Saturday night, earning $5,000 for the Sugar Bowl Winter Nationals victory at Clewiston. Raffurty races to big money at Brick City Nationals

OCALA, Fla. (Feb. 2-3, 2024) – Most of Dillon Raffurty’s first visit to Ocala Speedway was spent as a spectator. Saturday night, he was the $4,000 Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lite feature winner at the Florida speed plant’s Brick City Nationals. The Kansas City, Mo., hotshoe began his quest for a fourth consecutive IMCA national championship as runner-up to Tennessee star Ronnie Choate in Friday’s $1,000 to win main event at Ocala. New Clayhill sanction builds racing bridge for IMCA STARS Mod Lites

ATWOOD, Tenn. (Jan. 23, 2024) – A new sanction in western Tennessee will build a bridge between two hotbeds for Stealth Racing IMCA STARS Mod Lite drivers. $100,000 in contingencies awarded to IMCA drivers in 2023

VINTON, Iowa (Dec. 21, 2023) – Their on-track accomplishments earned IMCA drivers some $100,000 worth of contingency awards in 2023. “The combination of sign-up programs, and programs with individual and unique requirements continue to benefit IMCA drivers at a record pace,” noted IMCA Marketing Integration and Sponsorship Director Carson Becker-Gramm. “I strongly encourage award recipients to take advantage of these programs, and to continue their support of the businesses that support IMCA.” Awards were presented at the IMCA national banquet or mailed earlier in December from the IMCA home office. Drivers at 57 tracks earn IMCA.TV replay bonuses adding up to $97,645

VINTON, Iowa (Nov. 28, 2023) – IMCA drivers won’t have to wait ‘til Christmas morning to open envelopes containing IMCA.TV bonus checks. A total of 705 drivers in the nine divisions sanctioned by IMCA earned shares $97,645 generated by replays of weekly and special events at 57 tracks broadcast by IMCA.TV or its affiliates. Modified, Late Model, RaceSaver Sprint Car and Stock Car drivers finishing in the top three in point standings at those tracks receive checks for $240, $160 and $135; Northern SportMod and Southern SportMod checks are distributed in the amounts of $140, $115 and $100, and Hobby Stock, STARS Mod Lite and Sport Compact checks are in the amounts of $115, $85 and $70.
