The numbers add up: PASS is rocking in 2024

(April 3, 2024) – The River Valley Builders Pennsylvania Sprint Series isn’t usually like NASCAR, starting the season with its biggest race, but thanks to last weekend’s rainout at Path Valley Speedway and last October’s weather issues at Port Royal Speedway, that’s what’s happening in 2024. The new season gets underway Saturday, April 6 at Port Royal with the 12th annual Keystone RaceSaver Challenge, postponed from 2023 to become the ultimate season opener in 2024. The race has received a significant sponsorship boost from the Pennsylvania Game Commission, and the division is sponsored at Port Royal by Penns Valley Meat Market. With nearly a week before the green flag, the pre-registration (entry) list has topped 50 and may be headed toward one of its highest totals ever. PASS ready to start season at Path Valley

(March 28, 2024) – The 26th annual season of IMCA RaceSaver competition with the River Valley Builders Pennsylvania Sprint Series will take the green flag Saturday, March 30 at everybody’s favorite bullring, Path Valley Speedway. The RaceSaver sprints will join 270 and 600 micro sprints, limited late models, 4-cylinder thunder cars, and modifieds. For a cooler-weather date, times are earlier as gates open at 2 p.m. with warm-ups at 4 p.m. The first heat race will start after warm-ups. PASS competitors will run qualifying heats, a consolation race if needed, and a 25-lap feature. Adult general admission is just $10 ($3 for kids 10 and under). Pit admission is $30, plus a $5 membership fee for first-time visitors. 2023 PASS champion Logan Spahr of Lewisberry will be among nine of last season’s top 10 drivers expected to be on hand for a full field. Arlington puts wraps on 2023 season with annual awards banquet

MORTON, Minn. (March 16, 2024) – The 2023 Arlington Raceway Awards Banquet was held at Jackpot Junction on March 16. Perfect attendance awards were given out to drivers who participated in every event and the top 10 in each oval track division received awards sponsored by Hess Technology. PASS ready to kick off 2024 season at Path Valley March 30

By Frank Buhrman SPRING RUN, Pa. (March 19, 2024) – With more than 200 events Path Valley is the longevity leader! The River Valley Builders Pennsylvania Sprint Series kicks off its 26th season of economy Sprint Car competition in appropriate fashion on Saturday, March 30, racing at the active track where it has competed more often than anywhere else, the quarter-mile, high-banked “bullring” that is Path Valley Speedway. Located near Spring Run in far northern Franklin County, Path Valley was built and opened in 1987 to take advantage of the blossoming popularity of micro sprint racing but in 2000, then-new promoters Jack and Vicki Flowers and John Winsett decided to try out a new division of full-sized economy sprint cars that also were running at nearby Hesston Speedway. On Aug. 4, 2000, the Pennsylvania Sprint Series made its first Path Valley appearance, with Roger Fickett taking the checkered flag over a 17-car field. IMCA RaceSavers chase big payday at Dodge City Sprint Car Nationals

DODGE CITY, Kan. (March 18, 2024) – IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars get top billing and race for a lot of dollar bills at Dodge City Raceway Park’s April 5-6 Sprint Car Nationals. The opening weekend event for the United Rebel Sprint Series already has 27 pre-entries in hand and sees the winged warriors race in qualifying heats and features on Friday. Last-chance races and a king of the hill pole shuffle for the top eight qualified cars precede the $5,000 to win, minimum $400 to win main event on Saturday. Also on opening night, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods race for $500 to win and Mach-1 Sport Compacts for $250 to win.
