Delta-Valley Classic Weekend on tap at Antioch, Merced

ANTIOCH, Calif. ­– The fourth annual Delta-Valley Classic will bring a close to the IMCA season at Anti­och and Merced Speedways this Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 26 and 27. The event is ex­pected to draw cars from throughout the region for the large purse money offered. “It’s part of my plan. I’ll be there,” said Bobby Hogge IV, after Saturday’s Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified win at Antioch. Hogge IV won both ends of the Delta-Valley Classic four years ago, collecting a bonus for winning at both tracks. He is the only driver to date to accomplish that feat. He’ll face stiff competition from a long list of drivers, including Paul Stone. Four IMCA divisions featured at Sherman County’s Flatlander

GOODLAND, Kan. – A pair of $2,000 to win Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified main events take top billing at Sherman County Speedway’s 26th an­nual Flatlander Fall Classic special on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 25 and 26. Both features are qualifying races for the 2016 Fast Shafts All-Star In­vita­tional ballot and pay a minimum of $125 to start. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $500 to win, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods for $400 to win and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks for $300 to win each night. Bonuses for the drivers with top two-day point totals are $500 for the Modifieds, $300 for the Stock Cars, $250 for the SportMods and $200 for the Hobby Stocks. September Fest special ends season at Beatrice

BEATRICE, Neb. – The final checkers of 2015 fly at Beatrice Speedway this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 25 and 26. Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified features are on September Fest programs both nights in $1,500 to win, minimum $125 to start qualifying events for the 2016 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars and Karl Chevrolet North­ern SportMods race for $500 to win and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks for $300 to win each night. The Saturday Mach-1 Sport Compact feature pays $200 to win. IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars chase $1,000 checks at Stuart Speedway’s Night Before the Nationals

STUART, Iowa – Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars both race for $1,000 to win at Stuart Speedway’s Sunday, Sept. 6 Night Before The Nationals special. The Modified main is a qualifying event for the 2016 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot. IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing National and Allstar Performance Iowa State points will be awarded in both divisions. Belleville Motor Sports North Central Region Modified and EQ Cylinder Head Northern Region Stock Car points are also at stake. Entry fee for both divisions is $30. Weekly success at Cocopah has Toth confident before first competitive trip to Super Nationals

HOLTVILLE, Calif. – Chris Toth crewed for Lance Mari and Jason Noll when he made his first trip to Boone Speedway last September. Entries top 100 for Sept. 3-6 IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car Nationals at Eagle

EAGLE, Neb. – Drivers and fans from coast to coast and north of the border will converge Sept. 3-6 at Eagle Raceway for the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car Nationals. More than 100 entries, from 17 states and Canada, are in hand now for the third annual event. The Sunday finale sends the winner home with $2,000 and a year’s worth of bragging rights. The field of 27 will start three wide. All other main event qualifiers earn a minimum of $1,000; Fri­day and Saturday qualifying features pay $700 to win and the top prize in Saturday’s Jake Ita Memo­rial is $1,000. BOONE, Iowa – Both week-long and Saturday-only Casey’s General Store pit admission wristbands can be redeemed for a 32 ounce fountain drink on the way home from the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s. The offer is good at any participating Casey’s between Sept. 12-19. Casey’s is the official convenience store of IMCA and presenting sponsor of Super Nationals. BEMIDJI, Minn. – Justin Jones won a Modified track championship in his first IMCA season. He’ll chase another career highlight-type of accomplishment in his second. From Bemidji, Minn., the defending Buffalo River Race Park king makes his IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals fueled by Casey’s debut in September.
