ABILENE, Texas (Feb. 2, 2023) – IMCA Sunoco Stock Car drivers have another 1,000 reasons to get Abilene Speedway’s IMCA.TV Ice Breaker on their early-season race schedule. The winner’s share of Friday, Feb. 17 and Saturday, Feb. 18 main events for The Class Too Tough To Tame have been upped by $500, so both events boast $1,500 top checks and make the winning drivers eligible to qualify for the B & B Racing Chassis All-Star Invitational. IMCA STARS Mod Lites chase sweet $7,500 top check at 4th Sugar Bowl Winter Nationals

CLEWISTON, Fla. (Dec. 19, 2022) – A sweet $7,500 awaits the winner of the IMCA STARS Mod Lite Sugar Bowl Winters Nationals. Hendry County Motorsports Park hosts the fourth annual special, presented by Sunoco Race Fuels, on Feb. 8-11, 2023. Saturday night’s main event pays a minimum of $500 to start with Yoshimura bonuses of $250, $150 and $100 to be awarded to the top three finishers. Harris Auto Racing, B & B Racing Chassis signed for Luxemburg Racing Show

(Oct. 31, 2022) – Harris Auto Racing of Boone, Iowa, and B & B Chassis of Belle Plaine, Minn., are among the early registrants for the eighth annual Luxemburg Racing Show, which will return to the Kewaunee County Fairgrounds Exposition Building in Luxemburg, Wis., on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023. According to show organizer Derek Moede, Kyle Brown will bring a new 2023 Harris Auto Racing SportMod chassis to show off while B & B owner Paul Burger will debut a new edition of a 2023 Stock Car chassis. “We’re excited to have these vendors from out of state come and support our show,” said Moede. “With this show now in its eighth year, it’s awesome to see the growth we continue to experience each year. Bowers Memorial West Coast Nationals slated this weekend at Antioch

By Candice Martin ANTIOCH, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2022) – This weekend marks the biggest race of the year for the IMCA sanctioned divisions at Antioch Speedway. It’s the third running of the Bill Bowers Memorial West Coast Nationals. The popular Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds, Friesen Performance IMCA Northern SportMods and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars will be competing on the 3/8 mile clay oval. The race pays tribute to long-time engine man Bill Bowers. He and JD Willis teamed up for many wins through the years and both are members of the Antioch Speedway Hall of Fame. Bill continued to be involved with son Billy’s team, which has won several more championships, including five with driver Troy Foulger. When Bill passed away, long-time employer and new promoter Chad Chadwick decided to rename the West Coast Nationals in his honor. Maquoketa Speedway to host inaugural Gil Short Memorial

By Jerry Mackey MAQUOKETA, Iowa (Sept. 19, 2022) – Maquoketa Speedway will bring the 2022 racing season to a close this weekend with the first annual running of the Gil Short Memorial. Two full nights of racing will be held at the Jackson County Fairgrounds quarter-mile dirt track. Short was the chief and founder of the Speedway Fire Rescue group that serves many Eastern Iowa race tracks by providing safety equipment and personnel. The Friday, Sept. 23 program sees Friesen Performance IMCA Modifieds headlining the action with a $1,200 first place prize on the line.
