Friesen Performance awards crate engines to three IMCA national rookies of the year

SUTTON, Neb. – Friesen Performance will power the sophomore seasons of three of IMCA’s 2017 national rookies of the year. The top first-year Modified driver receives a 604 crate engine while top Northern SportMod and Hobby Stock rookies both receive 602 crate engines from the Sutton, Neb., dealership. Rookie drivers in all three divisions must display two Friesen Performance decals on their race car to be eligible. Performance Distributors gives awards in five IMCA divisions

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Performance Distributors begins its second decade of IMCA sponsorship in 2017, continuing awards for drivers in five divisions. LUBBOCK, Texas – Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center marks a milestone in 2017, its fifth consecutive season as title sponsor of IMCA’s Southern SportMod division. BEATRICE, Neb. – Jet Racing returns as title sponsor of the Central Region for Modifieds in its 20th season as an IMCA sponsor.
