ANKENY, Iowa – Karl Chevrolet and Karl Performance continue prominent contingency award programs benefitting IMCA drivers in all divisions. Karl Chevrolet, the new and pre-owned automotive dealership located in Ankeny, returns as title sponsor for the Northern SportMod division and furnishes a portion of the $5,000 point fund to be paid to top 10 drivers in final national point standings. All Northern and Southern SportMod drivers are required to display two Karl decals on their race car to be eligible for point fund checks, which will be presented during the national awards banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week from the IMCA home office. North Central Region for IMCA Modifieds backed by Belleville Motorsports

BELLEVILLE, Kan. – IMCA’s North Central Region for Modifieds runs under the Belleville Motorsports banner again in 2014. The Belleville, Kan., chassis builder provides a portion of a $6,000 point fund to be paid out to top 10 drivers in regional point standings for a third consecutive season. The champion earns $2,500, with $1,250 for second, $625 for third, $325 for fourth, $300 for fifth and $200 for sixth through 10th. Drivers are required to display two BMS decals on their race car to be eligible for point fund shares. The Belleville Motorsports North Central Region includes tracks in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, Saskatchewan, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Chevrolet Performance boosts IMCA crate bonuses

GRAND BLANC, Mich. (March 27) – Drivers in two more IMCA divisions winning track championships while competing exclusively with crate engines will receive post-season cash bonuses from Chevrolet Performance. IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks join Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMods as part of a three-year pact.
