
Championship Night Friday at Oshkosh
OSHKOSH, Wis. – It’s the final laps of the 2013 racing season at Oshkosh Speedzone. After an exciting and successful season at the 1/3-mile clay oval, the raceway is ready to determine a new class of champions. First up tonight (Friday, Aug. 30) is the LaSaure’s Banquet Hall season championship night at the races. Season-long point battles will come to an end and the champions in each of the five weekly divisions will be named. The point battles in three classes are exceptionally tight and will likely not be settled until the final checker flag drops. The Automotive Supply Company IMCA Modifieds have seen the Jerovetz family atop the standings for most of the year as cousins Troy and Sean Jerovetz have fought tooth and nail for the title.
