IMCA and Boone Speedway welcome you to the IMCA Super Nationals and wish to make your visit at American’s Racin’ Vacation an enjoyable one.


Camping Rules

1. NO PETS!

2. NO ATV/UTVs IN CAMPGROUNDS! Golf carts only!

3. Camping check-in times are 10am-10pm daily. Only pre-registered campers are allowed to park after 10pm. Do not park your camper unless you are positive you are in your designated stall.

4. All camping stalls must be reserved and paid for prior to parking. If you are not pre-registered you must park in the general parking area until you have registered and paid at the camping office. Do not park in the campgrounds after 10pm if you have not pre-registered. Failure to follow these rules will disqualify you from staying at the campground.

5. RV units can NOT permanently park in the general parking areas.

6. Campers are allowed one (1) tow vehicle per campsite. Additional vehicles must park in the general parking areas. Vehicles illegally parked or blocking roads or access will be towed without notice. Camper and tow vehicle must be contained within your designated camping stall, including slide-outs and awnings. Campers with slide-outs on both sides or large awnings will require 2 stalls.

7. NO GLASS. Beverages in aluminum or plastic containers only.

8. All campfires must be in a ring.


Camping Information

 1. Deadline for camping registration is August 19, 2024. After August 19, a late registration fee of $250 per camping stall will be charged. No refunds. No exceptions.

2. A completed registration form is required for each camper, including each camper within a group. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

3. Returning campers who send in their registration form prior to July 19 will be given priority. This does not guarantee the same stall(s) as prior years. Returning campers who send in late registration forms will be assigned stalls on a first come, first served basis. 

4. No registration forms will be processed after August 19. If you do not register by August 19, you need fill out the registration form and bring it to the camping office when you arrive. You will then be assigned a camping stall and receive your camper and vehicle tags. The camping office is in front of the main grandstand.

5. Campers with slideouts on both sides, or a slideout and a large awning will require 2 side-by-side stalls. Campers longer than 35 or 40 feet with vehicle will require 2 head-to-head stalls. Check the map on the registration form to see the length of each section. You MUST indicate on the form if you need side-by-side or head-to-head stalls to fit your camper.

6. If we are unable to fill your request within the same camping section we will do our best to assign your additional request in as close proximity as possible.

7. No new requests will be honored in sections C through M. Campers who have been assigned a 2024 camping stall and need an additional camping stall need to contact Jim. Do not send payment until approved.

8. New campers in 2021, 2022, and 2023 will not be guaranteed a camping stall in A through M. Campers in these years will be assigned based on availability. You must make the request for a stall in sections A through M as a second choice.

9. No campers or vehicles will be allowed in the campgrounds until Friday, August 30, at 10am. Campers in the VIP area will be allowed to enter on Thursday, August 29, at 10am. All campers and vehicles in the campgrounds before the opening date and time will be towed without notice.

10. All campers must park diagonally in camping stalls, except in G, M, N.

12. Tags for your camper and tow vehicle will be mailed. Camper tags must be displayed on your camper’s entry door. Tow vehicle tags must be displayed in the left side of the windshield. Only campers and vehicles displaying these tags are allowed in the campground. All other vehicles must park in the general parking area or they will be towed. No exceptions. Additional camping stalls are available for purchase in Sections O to TT based on availablility.

13. Handicap registered vehicles must park in the assigned handicap area. Campers are not allowed to use the handicap parking areas as a permanent parking stall. 

14. All roadways must remain clear according to the City of Boone Fire and Rescue requirements. No exceptions.
