IMCA Modified Western Region drivers race under Shaw Race Cars banner again in 2022

BATESVILLE, Ark. (March 9, 2022) – The Shaw Race Cars banner flies over IMCA’s Western Region for Modifieds for an 11th consecutive season in 2022.  The Batesville, Ark., chassis builder, owned by Scott and Marlene Mosley, again provides a portion of the point fund to be paid to top 10 drivers in point standings for the region that includes tracks in Arizona, California, western Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, northern New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. “Working with IMCA has been very good for us. It’s given our business and our chassis a lot of exposure,” said Mrs. Mosley. “(Executive Director of Competition) Dave Brenn is always available and we can always contact (IMCA President) Brett Root. They make it very easy for us.” The 2022 regional champion will earn $2,500, with $1,250 paid for second, $625 for third, $325 for fourth and $300 for fifth. Shaw Race Cars marks decade of title sponsorship in IMCA’s Western Region

BATESVILLE, Ark. – Shaw Race Cars marks a decade of title sponsorship support for Modified drivers competing in IMCA’s Western Region. The Batesville, Ark., chassis builder provides a portion of the point fund to be paid to top 10 drivers in regional point standings again this season.  Shaw was purchased by Scott and Marlene Mosley in July of 2019, with veteran Jeff Taylor brought in to provide his considerable technical expertise. The Western Region includes tracks in Arizona, California, western Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, northern New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
